South Austin Gym’s Personal Training and Conditioning Programs access an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in overall performance and develops the perfect training methods to maximize his or her athletic ability.

South Austin Gym’s Personal Training includes:

  • A Personal Physical Examination
  • Assessment of Personal Goals
  • Assignment to an appropriate Trainer
  • A Customized Workout Plan

Group Personal Training

Groups of 2-4 people can also receive all the benefits of an individualized personal training session.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the muscles and tissues of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, and stress.

At South Austin Gym you will receive a customized massage based on your individual needs utilizing techniques such as Trigger Point, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports – i.e. Range of Motion – Massage.
