Process
You’ll initially receive a free examination and assessment of your strength and fitness goals. Following this you’ll be assigned to a trainer who will work with you on a customized workout plan.

Training is available in both of our in-house strength and kickboxing facilities.

Group Training
Groups of up to four people can receive training sessions.
